S6, S7, S8, S10, S11 — the older terraces are particularly prone to slipped Welsh slates after high winds, especially from the south-west. Single-slate replacement is £80–£180 plus a callout. Ridge tile re-bedding (a frequent issue after 60+ years) is £400–£900 depending on length.
