Why Sean — and why owner-led matters

Sean has been on UK roofs for over fifteen years — apprenticed in Nottinghamshire, certified by Marley on concrete tile and clay pantile, and trained on GRP fibre-glass for flat-roof and dormer work. He took Eco Roofers solo in 2018 because he was tired of working for cowboy outfits where the surveyor sold you one job, a different crew turned up, and nobody knew who’d written the spec.

Now every job runs end-to-end through him. You speak to Sean on the phone. Sean comes out to survey. Sean writes the quote. Sean’s lads do the work — with Sean on site for the spec-critical bits (flashing, valleys, ridge, lead). And Sean is the one who comes back if anything’s off.
