You get Sean on the first ring, not a call-centre. He’ll ask what’s wrong, what your timeline is, and book a survey — usually within 48 hours.
Sean comes out with a ladder, a moisture meter, and a camera. Ground-level + roof-level inspection, photos, written notes. Takes 30–45 min. No charge, no pressure.
Itemised, with materials named (Marley Modern, IKO EPDM, Welsh slate, lead Code 4 etc.) and the SKU/batch where it matters. Sent within 24 hours of the survey. Valid 30 days.
Sean’s two-man crew on site, Sean in for the spec-critical bits (flashings, valleys, ridge, lead). Daily clean-down. Skip on the front. Photos through the job so you can see what’s happening.
Walk-around with Sean. Final invoice (or completion-only — no deposit was taken on jobs <£3k). 10-year installation guarantee issued in writing, named to you, transferable if you sell.
