Do you pressure-wash?

No — pressure washing drives water under the laps, lifts pointing, and damages tile surface. We hand-scrape and soft-brush, then biocide-treat.

Will the moss come back?

Slowly. Biocide treatment lasts 3-5 years. Re-treatment £40-£100 if requested at the same visit.

Can I do it myself?

Hand-scrape and chemical treat from a domestic ladder is technically possible but the access risk is real. Most homeowners skip it and pay later in replacement costs.
